From 1980 to 2015, John Amirante was the main anthem singer for the New York Rangers. His powerful voice and passionate delivery helped to create a memorable experience for fans at Madison Square Garden. Amirante's most famous performance came in 1994, when he sang the national anthem before Game 7 of the Eastern Conference Finals. The Rangers went on to win the game and eventually the Stanley Cup.
